Manitoba Liberals are excited to share with Manitobans our plan for Green Growth & Renewal, a plan that will put the province at the forefront of fighting climate change. It will create good jobs by using technology and nature to bring Manitoba’s emissions into balance by 2030. We realize that climate change is the most important issue of our time and that we have an obligation to leave a better planet and province for future generations. Our plan will make our province carbon neutral by 2030. This means Manitoba will reverse and absorb as much as it emits in 11 years. We have been talking about Climate Change for more than 30 years and every time someone has tried to inch forward and act, Conservatives have rolled back progress. But there is one thing you can do that can make all the difference and it is easy and free.
