Real Change for Wolseley

Phil Spevack was born in Winnipeg and raised in River Heights, and attained a Bachelor of Science and Certificate in Management at University of Manitoba plus the Advanced Management Development Program at University of Winnipeg.

 

Phil was recently widowed, and has two adult children and two grandchildren.


An open, honest, problem solver and musician with a good sense of humour, Phil received the Lieutenant Governor’s “Make a Difference Community Award “ in 2015 for his incredible volunteer efforts over many years which included with Habitat for Humanity, with Temple Shalom and hosting concerts.
 

As MLA for Wolseley, Phil will work to:

 

  •  Take our system from health crisis back to health care;

 

  • Cover the costs of regulated therapy under Medicare & fund a 24/7 referral line for addictions treatment;

 

  • Provide genuine relief for the cost of living for you and your loved ones;

 

  • Deliver safer streets through investments in prevention and make ending homelessness a priority;

  • Act on climate change with a bold new plan.

​​
