Rules of the meeting: Only members living within their constituency and region will be allowed to participate in their respective constituency meetings and regional meeting.

Manitoba Liberal Party Regional Meetings rules require that an individual must be a member in good standing seven (7) days prior to the meeting date. Any person wishing to run for regional director must submit their name fourteen (14) days in advance of the meeting date. These rule are in accordance with By-Law #3 approved by the Board of Directors of the Manitoba Liberal Party.

Each meeting will select the Provincial delegates for the AGM. A motion will need to be discussed that in the event that a constituency does not fill their allowed quota of twenty (20) members the constituency president or in absence of, the regional director or in absence of, the Executive Director, can appoint people to fill the delegate spots.
