About the Event
The concurrent challenges of political turmoil and the side-effects of climate change are causing a massive displacement of people in the world. What can Canada and Manitoba do to address the emergency, and how can we best manage refugee settlement in Manitoba? Dr. Axworthy will present an overview of the situation and highlight the areas where improvements can be made.
The presentation will be followed by a breakout session to develop draft policies.
