for St. James
I grew up in Winnipeg and attended Sisler High School. I’m married and with my wife Tanis have raised two wonderful girls. I’ve worked as a machinist for over thirty years, the last ten for Argus Industries.
With close to twenty-five years of volunteering for Scouts Canada I have worked with youth and served on both the provincial and national board of directors. For five years I was also in the top position in Manitoba, as the Provincial Commissioner. I’ve received many awards for outstanding service. The one that I’m most proud of is The Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal.
As a passionate advocate for protecting our environment for future generations, I am proud to be on the Manitoba Liberal team; the only team which has a fiscally responsible plan to take action on the climate crisis.
