David Shaw 1932-2008

Saruday February 16 I was in Treherne for the memorial service celebrating the life of David Shaw. An excellent long-time teacher in Treherne and then on retirement a City Councillor, David contributed in many, many ways to his community, including as a member of the Masonic Order, the Treherne Bowling club and the Delahunt Golf and Country Club.

I have known David for almost thirty years. He has been very active within the Liberal Party and a friend who has always been full of good advice.

Good-bye David. Many of us will certainly miss you. But we certainly treasure the time we had to enjoy our time with you.
