Black History Month at the Caribbean Spice Restaurant

Earlier today I was at the Caribbean Spice Restaurant for a Community Lunch which is part of Black History Month. This month there are a lot of events which are part of the celebration of the contributions of people who have come from the Caribbean or from Africa to Manitoba, or are part of an increasing proportion of the community who were born here. In the photo I am shown with Judy Christian who runs the Caribbean Spice Restaurant and Carlette Hibbert who was helping serve the many who came out for the event.
