The Kenaston Underpass - Thank you Reg Alcock

There are many who contributed to the Kenaston Underpass, but one person deserves special mention for his persistence and for his push to make sure this happened. I know because I watched Reg Alcock fight tenaciously year after year for this - and then make it happen as soon as he became Treasury Board Minister in the federal government.
