Supporting Smart Growth for Winnipeg

Friday afternoon at the University of Manitoba campus, Dean of Archiecture David Witty talked about the need to move to Smart Growth principles for the City of Winnipeg. It was a good talk and a healthy reminder that we have a long way to go to improve our approach to growth in and around our capital city.
